Vince is the managing partner of the firm with over 30 years of experience providing tax, accounting, and consulting services to a wide range of clients, including individuals and privately held and family-owned companies.  Vince distinguishes himself from other traditional CPAs as he worked as the lead financial officer for two former clients.

Vince focuses on construction, manufacturing, service firms, retail, wholesale, and distribution companies. Vince provides CFO, Controller, bookkeeping and tax services including business strategic planning. Vince also specializes in all areas of corporate and individual income tax compliance and mergers and acquisitions.

Vince received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College with a minor in taxation. Vince is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Vince also has completed the Mergers and Acquisition certification from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Vince is active in the community, serving as a soccer coach for youth and in various capacities at his home church, Trinity Assembly of God.

Vince resides in Clay with his wife and four children.
